From day 1 when I had an issue with my front teeth I’ve been in the best hands of any dentist office that I’ve ever been to! I very much dislike needles and getting work done on my teeth but the team at Sylvan park Smiles always has me feeling comfortable and calm from the moment that I walk into the office! The whole staff has been a pleasure to be around from day 1, including Dr. Steff who did the work for my root canal to Dr. Griffin who always checks my teeth and discusses all of the options with me on the best path and corrective action to take for a better smile to Jessander the lead assistant who has always gone above and beyond to make sure when putting on and taking off my temporary bridge that I am happy with the way it feels as well as more importantly the way it looks! The office manager Sarah has gone above and beyond as well working with me on getting all of my appointment and payments squared away within my means and making sure to help getting me scheduled for my appointments as well! They have all gone above what most normally won’t do to make sure you walk out of their office happy and with a smile every single time! I want to give a huge thank you to the whole office for what they do! Always leaving with a SMILE.

Staff was very helpful and friendly as this was my first visit to the office. The check in process was easy due to completing my e-check in online before my appointment. Staff was great and explaining everything that was done during my first visit (X-rays, gum check, etc). They were helpful and great about scheduling future work and what that would look like. I will give them 4 stars right now but would be willing to bump it to 5 after my next appointment for a cleaning.
